Filemon

Angel struggling with hunger disease

He first came to the hospital as a trainee. He attracted attention of the personnel thanks to his extensive knowledge and great commitment. There was virtually no question in pediatrics that he wouldn’t be able to answer. When he got his diploma, the sisters offered him a job at the children’s ward.

He is one of the youngest nurses at the hospital. He works in the children’s ward, taking care of the youngest patients suffering from malnutrition and hunger disease.

He is very precise in everything he does. He talks to mothers of malnourished children, doing his best to explain as much as he can to them, sensitize them to important matters. Little patients with hunger disease are fed every 3 hours. To give the mothers an opportunity to rest, Filemon often gets up to feed the kids himself.

Urgent help needed

Make Good Not War

One year on, food and warm items continue to be in urgent need in the war-torn towns and cities. Ukrainian children, elderly people, people with special needs and disabilities are among the people who we care for every day. Their survival depends on receiving basic staple food: bread, milk, canned meat and grains.
Let’s show that one year after the outbreak of the war, we all still stand with Ukraine! United and strong! Let the Ukrainians see how many friends they have!
