The gears of the machines doing good at Good Factory turn thanks to the hundreds of donors who support our work.
Behind the scenes, we’re hard at work. Our employees wear many hats – we act as mailmen, making sure our help reaches places where it’s needed most, and administrators, tying loose ends and making sure everything runs smoothly.
The last two roles are carried out by several people who work at the Foundation’s headquarters in Warsaw and fly to the other end of the world from time to time to personally ensure seamless operations. Scroll down to meet each one of them.
We value teamwork, professionalism and a pleasant work atmosphere.
The truth about our work is that we spend most of our time in our Warsaw office staring at computer screens. From behind our desks we coordinate operations, supervise projects and budgets, do paperwork, and ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner.
We aim to minimize the distance between donors and beneficiaries.
