Sister Agnieszka is in the congregation of Sisters of Angels. After more than one year spent at the hospital and the hunger disease treatment center in Congo (DRC), where she got to know the challenges of this work, she became a director of both institutions.
Sister Agnieszka takes care not only of the patients and organization of work of several dozen people. She also handles numerous formalities, purchase of medications, supervision of investments, planning of renovations.
Asked about the hospital in Ntamugenga, she replies without hesitation that apart from providing the necessary help, saving lives and struggling with hunger disease, for thousands of people, it is also a place full of hope, giving them a sense that someone who cares about them is somewhere nearby.
