In mid-July we learned about the opportunity to purchase 1.5 hectares of land for families from the Gourcy village in Burkina Faso. We managed to successfully raise the entire amount needed to purchase the land for our Burkina Faso farmers in just a few days – all 1.5 hectares of it! We’ve already shared the great news with our pupils – they’re over the moon and ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work!!

THANK YOU! BARKA! You’ve given residents of Gourcy HECTARES OF OPPORTUNITIES. They will harvest the land as best as possible. We’re sure of this because we’ve already seen the enthusiasm and joy with which they work on the 0.5 ha of ground where we grew our first garden in January of this year.

We raised a total of 22,448 PLN, a little more than we needed to buy 1.5 ha of land. We spent about 17,000 PLN on the land and the rest will go towards our first well in the garden!

If you have some free time on your hands, 4 minutes and 44 seconds to be exact, watch this video to see for yourself what residents of Gourcy have to say about our project and the help you provide!

Save the Pharmacy for the Poorest in Togo

This amount will allow for equipping pharmacy shelves for the first half of the year. Ania and Mateusz will take care of this, and they will fly to Togo in February and fill the shelves with the most essential antibiotics, antimalarial drugs, and pain relievers. The Saoudé Pharmacy has people to save. It cannot succeed without your support.
