Pasta, rice, flour, beans, oil, sugar, sardines, and powdered milk. This is a complete survival kit for the coming month for one of the families in our care.

At the Foyer de l’Enfance, food supplies are running out. The situation is critical. We are stepping in to help.

We know that preventing malnutrition is cheaper and more effective than treating it. When a severely weakened child ends up in hospital, the cost of treatment and the risk of complications are enormous. A monthly food parcel is a simple and effective shield – it means families do not have to return to our center showing signs of hunger-related exhaustion.

Your support provides specific products that protect children’s health:

Powdered milk, beans, and sardines – essential protein the child’s body needs to fight illness and grow.

Rice, flour, and pasta – basic sources of energy for 30 days.

Oil – a key source of fat that allows the body to absorb vitamins and provides strength to fight weakness.

The parcel you fund helps parents let go of the paralyzing fear of tomorrow, and it gives mothers the space to even think about their children’s rehabilitation. Without proper nutrition, a child’s body is too weak for any effort, and exercises become impossible.

This support works in a well-thought way: help goes where it is most urgently needed at any given moment. The missionaries constantly monitor the situation and pass the parcels on to the next families in greatest need. This ensures that support does not stand still but reaches many homes, protecting the health of more children exactly when their supplies run out. It is a fair system that allows us to care for as many people as possible with limited resources.

Let’s not wait until hunger becomes an illness. Help us fill the empty shelves before it is too late.
